More Marvel Snap Misdirection featuring Arnim Zola!

This time BDC is passing on the King of Jank’s (Yohdood) deck prowess! Enjoy!

We’ve already looked at the kind of havok we can start with the Zola/Venom combo. But the fun doesn’t stop there!

ARNIM ZOLA CARD ABILITYOn Reveal: Destroy a random friendly card here. Add copies of it to the other locations.

I mean, Venom’s fun, but there are many other cards that can combo with Arnim. Probably, the best we’ve found so far is the ramping power of Black Panther!

BLACK PANTHER CARD ABILITY

On Reveal: Double this card’s Power.

It’s a simple ability. It just doubles, right? So, what’s the hubbub?

WONG’S CARD ABILITY

Ongoing: Your On Reveal abilities at this location happen twice.

SO, Black Panther doubles then doubles again. But it doesn’t stop there! This is why we have Arnim Zola awaiting for that turn six misdirection!

Zola hits turn six, destroys it in the location it’s in and THEN drops a copy of Black Panther (still at 16 power) in the other two locations where it doubles again to, at least, 32!

But, if you happen into certain locations, it can blow up even more!

SHURI’S CARD ABILITY:

On Reveal: Double the Power of the next card you play.

Play Shuri right before Black Panther ON Wong and it can double again and reach over 200+ power!

ODIN’S Card Ability:

On Reveal: Activate the On Reveal abilities of your other cards at this location.

Odin can come in and activate Black Panther and Shuri again!

Since Wong’s ability is an ONGOING ability, Onslaught’s Citadel doubles his doubling effect! So, Black Panther can reach 128 power!

Onslaught’s Card Ability:

Ongoing: Double your other Ongoing effects at this location.

And, speaking of Onlaught, use him as your finisher to double Wong’s doubling! So this card is a great option for a finisher. I have also seen players experiment with Sera and Adam Warlock to reduce the cost of their cards and draw their deck in order to guarantee the combo!

BEWARE!

SQUIRREL ALERT

When you play Arnim Zola, you must make sure the area is clean of cards that hinder the combo. In other words, don’t play Zola on anything in this combo that is NOT Wong/Black Panther. The random will not be kind! I’ve had it play a 1 drop squirrel instead of the intended. So only play Wong/Black Panther in the location that you intend to drop ZOLA!
